The Motivation and Stimulation of Employees

This diploma thesis focuses on the motivation and stimulation of workers in the specific transport company. It states who is responsible for the proper motivation of employees and simultaneously compares the theoretical knowledge of the facts. Further work includes design of an incentive system, tailor the company. Information for this system I get from a questionnaire survey.

Master's thesis explores the behavior of real estate agents, real estate market features and its specifics. Thesis monitors selling of properties from the perspective of the seller and the buyer. It is focused on advices for succesfull sale of the property and it is describing, what could affect the selling process. Practical part is focused on pre-sale services, correct marketing when selling a property and it closely describes pitfalls of estate agencies.

Consumer behavior of generation Y in the banking market

This diploma thesis deals with the Generation Y consumer behavior in the banking industry. The aim of this thesis is to find out the key factors influencing consumer decision-making during selection banks by analyzing their decision-making process and prepare recommendations for banks operating in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on consumer behavior, factors influencing this behavior, broader generational classification and more detailed characteristics of Generation Y. The practical part contains the evaluation results of the quantitative research and recommendations for banks operating in the Czech Republic. The proposals relate to reducing bank charges, improving interpersonal communication and investing in artificial intelligence.

Media image of Jana Nagyova on media scandal "Abused of Military Intelligence"

The intention of my thesis is to analyze "the image of Jana Nagyova on media scandal "Abuse of Military Intelligence"in the period of June 1st 2013 to December 31th 2013 and from May 11th 2015 to July 31st 2015. It is dependent on every single phase of that case and incorporating the large social effects as well. I focused on the semantic forms of the headlines printed by daily Blesk, Mlada fronta Dnes and Pravo. In this research, I decided to use a quantitative analysis based on the answering of the basic hypothesis. This hypothesis is called: it is possible to blamed Jana N. based just by these kinds of headlines, before getting the verdict in this cause? To be more specific: it is possible that all these headlines were prepared to affect the reader's perception of Jana N. including her judgment in the moral, the social or in criminal law ? I also tried to analyze if it could be possible to find the basic differences between the newspapers as it is so- called and the investigative journalism in general. The impact of influencers on their audience with focus on generation 30+

This diploma thesis deals with the impact of influencers on their users among the age group of 30-89 years old, describes the field of influencing and its associated areas. It explains the engagement of these influential people in influencer marketing, describes advertising, collaboration, persuasion and influencing within social media platforms. The most used social networks used by influencers (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) are presented as well, including the news that these networks have introduced over the last few years. The most powerful influencers in the Czech Republic are mentioned too, including their online and offline activities. Furthermore, the research types, which were used for this thesis, are theoretically defined and the used methodology is also described. The main parts of the diploma thesis are the summary results of the questionnaire survey of 120 respondents and in- depth interviews with 30 of them. The Development of the Understanding of Suggestion troughout History

This diploma thesis has the goal of providing the broadest possible acquaintance with the phenomenon of suggestion. It covers various findings regarding the topic of suggestion, across both history and expertise. The author chose this approach to best encompass the multidimensional phenomenon of suggestion. That is why this thesis includes an overview of commonly used, but often misinterpreted terms, explanations of the basic principles of suggestion and the broadness of their use, a historical and geographical excursion regarding the phenomenon, and pointing out suggestion in everyday life. The first to do so in Czech language, the author dissects the cycle of suggestion, as presented by James Rolph, in great detail. To create the cycle of suggestion, manipulation and tricks have been, are being, and will be used. These tactics are close to impossible to track for the academic community, and the therapeutic community should stay far away from employing them. The author also holds a firm stance that hypnosis is just a construct - hypnosis does not exist as a unique state. This stance is supported by the lack of physiological manifestations, which would be exclusive to hypnosis, as well as current neuroscientific findings. Influence of parents on the pedagogical direction of elementary school

The thesis deals with the influence of parents on the pedagogical direction of elementary school. Its aim is to find out what options to influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school parents currently have and how they make use of them. The work is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical background is based on an analysis of texts and presents experiences and knowledge relating to this issue. Theoretical bases provide an overview of factors, which influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school and what role the parents can play in this process. The research part presents and evaluates the results of the research conducted at four elementary schools in Prague 12. The research method for data collection was an interview with the headmaster of these elementary schools and a questionnaire for parents of pupils. Proposed recommendations for the schools, which participated in the research, are based on the survey results and on the answers of the research questions. Their implementation into practice could facilitate the influence of parents in the pedagogical direction of the school.
